Job summary

CCS Technologies in Kerala, India is seeking an experienced SAP PP/PPDS/QM Consultant to lead implementations and provide ongoing support across PP, PPDS, and QM modules in S/4HANA or ECC environments.

You will collaborate with ABAP teams, ensure integration with MM, SD, and other systems, and drive process improvements in production and quality management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience in manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in S/4 HANA and/or ECC with multiple end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 full cycles).
• Hands-on configuration experience in Forecasting, Demand Management, MRP, Shop Floor Execution.
• Planned/Production Order Processing in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Quality Management processes (Procurement, Production, Sales, QM Notifications, Calibration).
• Master Data: BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Recipes, Inspection Plans, Production Versions.
• Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Expertise in custom solutions using Fiori and S/4 Systems.
• Cross-functional knowledge in Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Configuration & customization: set up PP and QM modules and implement custom solutions.
• Lead module implementations and ensure integration with MM, SD, and third-party systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/PPDS/QM Consultant to lead implementations, configure systems, and provide support for Production Planning (PP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments with proven experience in end-to-end implementations and manufacturing industry processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP PP/QM functional specifications.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP PP and QM modules (master data, BOMs, work centers, routings, inspection plans, etc.) and implement custom solutions.
• Implementation & Integration: Lead module implementations and ensure integration with MM, SD, and third-party systems.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide end-user training, support issue resolution, and document processes.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to optimize production and quality management processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with ABAP developers, cross-functional SAP consultants, and business users for seamless integration.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience in manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in S/4 HANA and/or ECC with multiple end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 full cycles).
• Hands‑on configuration experience in:
• Forecasting, Demand Management, MRP, Shop Floor Execution.
• Planned/Production Order Processing in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing.
