Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3) to join our India-based remote team. You will support SAP SPP and S/4HANA environments, focusing on aftermarket parts planning and service supply chain dynamics.

Role requires strong eSPP configuration, ABAP debugging, and experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Solution Manager, with excellent stakeholder management and SLA discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP S/4HANA/eSPP support experience.
• Experience in SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
• Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts planning and multi-echelon inventory optimization.
• Strong configuration skills in EOQ, Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP.
• ABAP debugging for complex L3 issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management under SLA.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and analyze client needs within the project.
• Envision overall solution, choose technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules and activities to enable development.
• Lead or support UAT and production rollouts.
• Validate WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs; provide constructive feedback.
• Carry out POCs to verify design/tech meets requirements.

Requirements

• Total Experience:6+ years
• Should have experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3)
• Must have experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
• Should have deep understanding of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
• Should have strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP). Ability to debug ABAP code to isolate complex L3 issues is highly preferred.
• Should have proven experience working in structured support environments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
• Should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently under tight SLA timelines.

Responsibilities

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client's needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
