Job summary

IMA India is seeking a Staff Accountant / Management Accountant in Ahmedabad to handle AP/AR, bookkeeping, and reporting in a US CPA firm environment. This role is staff level with office-based work and full-time hours.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel skills. Responsibilities include reconciliations, monthly/annual reports, and W-2/1099 support, using QuickBooks and Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a US CPA firm required.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.
