Job summary

Intellics Global Services is seeking a Dynatrace and Splunk focused monitoring specialist to administer AdminUser and Splunk platforms, enhance APM strategies across apps and infra, and design robust dashboards for observability.

The role involves configuring thresholds, leveraging APIs for automation, instrumenting applications, and delivering RCA-based troubleshooting. Collaboration with IT teams and incident support are key responsibilities.

• Experience administering Dynatrace AdminUser and Splunk platforms
• Proficient in implementing APM strategies across applications and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynatrace AdminUser and Splunk platforms for enterprise monitoring
• Design and maintain monitoring dashboards and observability frameworks
• Configure thresholds and anomaly detection mechanisms
• Use Dynatrace APIs for integration and automation
• Perform deployment and instrumentation for end-to-end monitoring visibility
• Develop automation scripts using Shell and Python for monitoring tasks
• Analyze metrics, logs and traces for RCA and troubleshooting
• Generate reports and KPIs for stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance
• Support incident response and ITIL-aligned problem management

• Develop automation scripts ShellPython for monitoring and operational tasks
• Analyze metrics logs and traces to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis RCA
• Generate reports KPIs and performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system performance and reliability
• Support incident response and problem management aligned with ITIL practices
