Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer to support cybersecurity workstreams, focusing on design, development, configuration, reporting, and integrations within the Cybersecurity practice.

You will analyze complex problems, mentor junior members, and deliver secure system improvements while collaborating with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions for governance, risk, and compliance workflows.
• Configure platform features: business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
• Gather user and process requirements and translate them into workflow enhancements and technical design.
• Perform quality review and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes across development cycles.
• Support agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

As a ServiceNow Developer Senior Associate you will support cybersecurity workstreams focused on ServiceNow design, development, configuration, reporting, integrations, and testing within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to secure system improvements, translate client needs into workable solutions, and help deliver dependable outcomes across a range of cybersecurity needs.

Responsibilities

• Building client relationships by communicating progress, clarifying priorities, and addressing implementation challenges

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
• Demonstrating ServiceNow development experience across GRC workflows and configurations
• Applying JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services in platform development
• Using Agile methods while handling complex client support deliverables
• Interpreting data, feedback, and business context to guide enhancements
