Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across Cyber Defense and Cybersecurity & Privacy priorities.

You will analyze complex issues, guide junior team members, and collaborate with global teams, applying scripting, integrations, and testing.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, JavaScript, and AI tool exposure is preferred; certification and hands-on delivery across advisory services are expected.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications are required for hands-on development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Web Services, and integration design is needed.
• Experience in IT service management and GRC is preferred.

As a ServiceNow Developer Senior Associate you will support cybersecurity and GRC workstreams by designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that help safeguard client systems and data within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply ServiceNow development skills across core platform setup, workflows, reporting, scripting, integrations, and testing, while contributing to delivery across Cyber Defense and Cybersecurity & Privacy priorities.

Preferred Knowledge

• Hands‑on exposure to leveraging AI tools/SDKs (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Now Assist) to accelerate ServiceNow development, scripting, and workflow automation
• Design, development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including core platform setup, workflow administration, reporting data imports, custom scripting and third‑party integrations.
• Good platform knowledge on Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.
• Ability to lead/support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
• Responsible for architecting and driving end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, including technical design, effort prioritization, development oversight, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting project engagements.
• Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills).
• Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services.
