  • Self‑starter with experience managing large‑scale projects in ambiguous environments.
  • 7+ years of program management, field operations, project management or product management experience.

  • Influence decisions enabling scalability and industry-leading performance.
  • Benchmark processes with WW Workplace Health & Safety to raise standards.
  • Drive improvements with safety leaders and field teams.
  • Pilot new safety methods across India operations.
  • Solve large-scale problems through strategic projects and programs.
  • Conduct problem-solving workshops to define solutions.
  • Ensure projects meet safety targets and timelines.
  • Reinforce standard work and Lean processes for operational excellence.
  • Sponsor continuous improvement/Kaizen initiatives and lead change management/audit activities.

The Program Work place Health & Safety leader is responsible for driving standardization and continuous improvement efforts across all business units in India. This role will work backward from the customer to define and implement innovative solutions that raise the bar on safety and well-being.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead programs designed to standardize safety processes across business units.
  • Strengthen Work place Health & Safety communication and enhance Work place Health & Safety processes and technologies to scale and reduce risk.
  • Influence business‑critical decisions that enable scalability and deliver industry‑leading performance.
  • Benchmark processes with World Wide-Work place health & Safety to continuously raise customer experience standards.
  • Drive program improvements and initiatives in close collaboration with Work place Health & Safety business leaders and field and program teams.
  • Pilot new safety methods and processes across India operations.
  • Solve large‑scale, business‑critical problems through strategic projects and programs.
  • Conduct problem‑solving and ideation workshops to define solutions that elevate safety standards.
  • Ensure execution of projects to meet safety targets and timelines.
  • Reinforce standard work and Lean processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Sponsor continuous improvement/Kaizen projects and lead change management/audit initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
  • - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • - Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience driving process excellence and productivity improvement initiatives, including Kaizen methodologies
  • - Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions
  • - Strong communication and influencing skills
  • - Self‑starter with experience managing large‑scale projects in ambiguous environments
  • - 7+ years of program management, field operations, project management or product management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • - Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field
  • - Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field
  • - NEBOSH (National General Certificate), or NVQ Level 3
  • - Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications
  • - Experience in multi‑country program execution
  • - Experience in handing large teams and stakeholders
  • - Certificate, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
