Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an ECM execution professional to lead end-to-end transactions from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and secondary fund raising.

You will drive drafting strategy for offer documents, coordinate SEBI and exchange liaison, and manage regulatory queries while aligning with tight timelines and complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer.
• Willing to travel to client locations.
• Prior leadership experience in merchant banking preferred.
• High ownership, detail orientation, team handling and execution discipline.
• High maturity handling regulatory escalations.
