Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro; DaVinci Resolve is required.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos including brand films, social media content, corporate videos, ads, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
• Lead post-production workflows: editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final output.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver engaging visual stories.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all video assets.
• Review and provide constructive feedback to junior video editors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with latest video trends, formats, and platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate with external vendors, voice-over artists, and freelancers when required.

• Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and typography
• Knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and sound mixing
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a small editing team
