Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor (2-5 Years Experience) to join our team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role for a creative professional who combines strong storytelling with exceptional technical execution.

You will own the end-to-end post-production process, transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality content across product launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Working closely with scriptwriters, designers, marketers, and product teams, you'll create compelling visual narratives while maintaining the highest creative and production standards.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Advanced proficiency inAdobe Premiere ProandAfter Effects.
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and audience retention skills.
• Experience creating high-performing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.(Short Form Videos)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific video formats, trends, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
• Proven experience producing high-quality digital, brand, or marketing content.
• Experience working with startups, digital-first brands, media companies, or creator ecosystems is preferred.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing creative storytelling and technical expertise is mandatory.
• Experience withDaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, or other post-production tools is an added advantage.
• A relevant degree or certification is welcome; however, an exceptional portfolio is valued above formal qualifications.
