Job summary

About The Team

You’ll be part of the Adoption & Value Realization team, focused on helping customers successfully adopt UKG solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. This team partners closely with sales, services, and customer success to guide organizations through change, improve readiness, and maximize long‑term value.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives across customer engagements
• Partner with sales, solution consulting, and services teams to support deal strategy and position adoption services
• Deliver consulting focused on stakeholder alignment, communications, training adoption, and change impact mitigation
• Collaborate with delivery teams to integrate adoption strategies into implementation and post‑go‑live plans
• Develop scalable frameworks, tools, and reusable assets to strengthen adoption capabilities in the region
• Improve customer adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term value through structured change strategies
• Provide insights to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to expand adoption services

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in change management, user adoption, enablement, consulting, or a related customer‑facing role
• Supported enterprise customers through transformation, implementation, or adoption initiatives
• Collaborated effectively with pre‑sales and delivery teams in a services or consulting environment
• Communicated clearly and influenced stakeholders across different levels of an organization
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in change management such as Prosci or similar methodology
• Experience working in software‑as‑a‑service, human capital management, or enterprise software environments
• Experience supporting large or strategic customer engagements
• Background in organizational transformation, adoption strategy, or post‑go‑live optimization
