Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in India is seeking a seasoned Change Management and User Adoption lead to guide customers through adoption of UKG solutions and realize measurable value.

You will partner with sales, services, and customer success, develop scalable adoption frameworks, and drive stakeholder alignment during deployments across India region and global engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, user adoption, enablement, consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
• Supported enterprise customers through transformation, implementation, or adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with pre-sales and delivery teams in a services or consulting environment.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

About the Team

You'll be part of the Adoption & Value Realization team, focused on helping customers successfully adopt UKG solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. This team partners closely with sales, services, and customer success to guide organizations through change, improve readiness, and maximize long-term value.

About the Role

You’ll lead organizational change management and user adoption efforts for customers in India while supporting global engagements that require in‑region expertise. Your work will help customers accelerate adoption, improve readiness, and realize value from their investment.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives across customer engagements
• Partner with sales, solution consulting, and services teams to support deal strategy and position adoption services

Basic Qualifications

• You have experience in change management, user adoption, enablement, consulting, or a related customer‑facing role

• You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization
• You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in change management such as Prosci or similar methodology
• Experience working in software‑as‑a‑service, human capital management, or enterprise software environments
• Experience supporting large or strategic customer engagements
• Background in organizational transformation, adoption strategy, or post‑go‑live optimization
