Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies is seeking a Manual Testing specialist to join the banking domain team. You will perform functional and manual testing of Finacle LOS/Origination, design test scenarios, execute SIT, regression, and end-to-end testing, and validate lending workflows end-to-end.

You will collaborate with QA, development, and business teams, perform API testing with Postman, and conduct data/SQL validations to ensure accurate loan processing and compliance before production release.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience working on Finacle LOS / Finacle Origination in the banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Loan Origination System and end-to-end lending lifecycle.
• Experience testing lending products.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and manual testing of Finacle LOS / Loan Origination applications.
• Understand business requirements and prepare: Test scenarios Test cases Test data Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Execute SIT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate complete lending workflows, including: Customer onboarding; Loan application creation; KYC and document verification; Eligibility assessment; Credit bureau checks; Credit appraisal and underwriting; Approval and deviation workflows; Sanction; Collateral/security details; Documentation; Disbursement; Post-disbursement validations.
• Perform positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenario testing.
• Validate integrations between Finacle LOS, Core Banking, external APIs, credit bureaus, KYC systems, document management systems, and other downstream applications.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman where applicable.
• Validate data flow between LOS and integrated systems.
• Perform database/backend validation using SQL where required.
• Verify lending-related financial and accounting entries generated through transactions.
• Log, track, retest, and close defects using defect-management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and coordinate with development, business, and functional teams.
• Support business users during UAT and production/release validation.
