Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management or delivery in B2B SaaS/Fintech/RegTech.
• Proven track record as a high-impact IC capable of multi-million-dollar deployments.
• Experience delivering complex BFSI integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-deal enterprise implementations from kickoff, technical scoping, and integration testing through go-live and hypercare.
• Oversee complex integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, mobile SDKs (iOS/Android), device intelligence, and cloud infrastructure.
• Relentlessly reduce Customer Time-to-Live (TTL) without compromising reliability, security, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary client-facing technical lead for customer CTOs, CROs, and security leads.

About the Role - Sr. Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Delivery

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager (Senior IC) reporting directly to the CTO Organization, you will be the single point of technical accountability for Bureau’s largest enterprise deployments ($25k+ ACV) across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.

This is an execution-heavy, client-facing role for a hands-on leader who thrives on end-to-end ownership. You will sit directly between client CTOs, engineering leads, and security reviewers, and internal software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive rapid Customer Time-to-Live (TTL) and high post-go-live NPS.

What you'll do

End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead post-deal enterprise implementations from kickoff, technical scoping, and integration testing through go-live and hypercare.

Platform & API Integration: Oversee complex integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, mobile SDKs (iOS/Android), device intelligence, and cloud infrastructure.

TTL Optimization: Relentlessly reduce Customer Time-to-Live (TTL) without compromising reliability, security, and compliance.

2. Client-Facing Technical Bridge

Executive & Technical Partner: Serve as the primary client-facing technical lead for customer CTOs, Chief Risk Officers (CROs), and security leads.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate complex client technical constraints and banking architectures into crisp, actionable requirements for internal Engineering and Product teams.

Blocker Resolution: Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to identify and resolve integration bottlenecks rapidly.

3. Risk, Security & Dependency Management

Dependency Mapping: Map and track complex multi-party dependencies across core banking systems, loan origination systems (LOS), and payment gateways.

Proactive Mitigation: Anticipate technical risks (API latency, SDK compatibility, data residency) early in the delivery cycle and execute concrete mitigation plans.

BFSI Security Compliance: Ensure deployments strictly comply with banking security standards, data privacy, and SOC2/ISO regulations.

4. Governance & Delivery Scaling

Delivery Cadences: Establish project tracking frameworks (Jira, Linear, Confluence) and communication channels tailored for large-scale external customer rollouts.

Executive Metrics: Track and report delivery velocity, milestone adherence, and CSAT directly to client steering committees and Bureau leadership.

Playbook Standardization: Build scalable onboarding runbooks and integration templates to streamline future enterprise deliveries.

What you'll bring

8–12 Years Experience: Proven track record in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery in B2B SaaS, Fintech, RegTech, or API-first platform companies.

Senior IC Capability: Proven track record as a high-impact individual contributor capable of driving multi-million-dollar deployments independently without needing a team of direct reports.

BFSI Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering complex integrations for Tier-1/2 Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, or large payment processors.

System Architecture Depth: Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, microservices, mobile SDKs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.

Client Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success managing client C-suite executives, enterprise architects, and engineering teams.

Agile Execution: Deep proficiency in sprint planning, risk tracking, and structured delivery in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

Risk & Fraud Domain: Prior exposure to identity verification (KYC/AML), fraud prevention, device intelligence, or payment processing ecosystems.

BFSI Security & Compliance: Familiarity with regional banking regulations, data residency rules, and security compliance standards (RBI guidelines, SOC2, ISO 27001).

Technical Background: Background in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting prior to moving into technical program management.
