YASH Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking Snowflake professionals to join our data engineering and analytics teams in Bengaluru.

The role focuses on building and operating cloud-based data platforms using Snowflake, AWS, and dbt, delivering scalable data pipelines and reliable analytics capabilities. Ideal candidates will have 5-12 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, and dbt, and a track record of delivering production-grade data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Snowflake databases, schemas, views, and data layers (RAW, STG, MART).
• Implement RBAC, row- and column-level access controls and secure data access.
• Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, and documentation; ensure lineage and freshness.
• Coordinate ELT pipelines across dbt and Snowflake to deliver production-grade data solutions.

Primary skills required:

Snowflake, AWS, and dbt (Data Build Tool). Candidates should have strong hands‑on experience in building and managing cloud‑based data engineering and analytics solutions using these technologies.

Snowflake

• Design and work with Snowflake databases, schemas, views, and RAW, STG, and MART data layers.
• Manage access using RBAC, role hierarchies, row‑level security, and column‑level access policies.
• Work with dynamic tables, external stages, Snowpipe, and batch data loading.
• Build and support reliable, production‑grade Snowflake data pipelines.

dbt

• Develop source, staging, intermediate, and mart models, including incremental models, seeds, snapshots, and exposures.
• Create and maintain dbt tests, including not‑null, uniqueness, referential‑integrity, and business‑logic tests.
• Maintain dbt documentation and lineage; manage source freshness and impact analysis.
• Use macros and Jinja templating.
• Manage dbt Cloud jobs or trigger dbt pipeline runs through APIs.
• Integrate ELT pipelines across dbt and Snowflake.
