Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server expertise to drive enterprise data and analytics initiatives.

You will lead architecture, development, and mentoring across teams to deliver scalable data platforms and automated deployments. The role focuses on cloud migration, data governance, and performance optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Hands-on Snowflake architecture, development, and administration.
• Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, OneLake.
• SQL Server development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT development, and data modeling.
• Python and/or PySpark.
• Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Data governance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server.
• Architect enterprise data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics platforms.
• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks.
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Define and enforce data architecture standards, governance, and security.

Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake Architecture, Development, and Administration.
• Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• SQL Server Development, Database Design, and Performance Tuning.
• Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT Development, and Data Modeling.
• Python and/or PySpark.
• Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Data Governance, and Security.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• MSBI: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI.
• Fivetran, Qlik Replicate, Talend, Informatica, Databricks, Microsoft Purview.
• Snowflake SnowPro and Microsoft Fabric/Azure certifications.
• Experience in cloud migration and data modernization programs.
