Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Snowflake Module Lead with 6-8 years of experience to design, implement, and govern Snowflake data platforms and ETL pipelines. The role requires 1-2 years of Snowflake DBA hands-on work and a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a US time zone. Python skills are preferred.

The ideal candidate will lead a mid-size team, drive data integration initiatives, and ensure data quality and governance across downstream data marts and warehouses.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall experience in D&A ETL technologies.
• 1–2 years of hands-on Snowflake DBA experience is mandatory.
• Design and development of Snowflake data platform and pipelines.
• Work in US time zone for support coverage.
• Snowflake DBA split 60% / Developer 40%; Python preferred.
• Experience in data integration, replication, troubleshooting and governance.
• Nice to have PowerBI, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Qlik Replicate and S3 on AWS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise support processes.
• Knowledge of ERP data lakes and Caterpillar IT architecture is a plus.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver customer requirements and meet business needs.
• Develop data warehouse and data mart solutions for downstream users.
• Ability to build scalable ETL pipelines with data quality checks.
• Awareness of latest data standards and metadata policies.

• 6 to 8 years of experience D&A ETL Technologies. Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience withSnowflake cloud data platform administration(Snowflake DBA) is mandatory
• Strong experience in Design and development of Snowflake data platform, including data pipelines.
• Resource need to work in US time zone support coverage
• Must have experience in Snowflake (DBA 60% + Developer 40%), Python is preferrable
• Must have experience in Data integration/replication, troubleshooting, and governance
• Good to have PowerBI, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Qlik Replicate, AWS S3
• Good to have ServiceNow and enterprise support processes
• Good to have Caterpillar IT architecture, ERP Data Lake, and business process knowledge

• Knowledge on Snaplogic (ETL Tool) is preferable
