Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Snowflake and data platform administration
• Hands-on Snowflake DB expertise with data pipelines design and development
• Experience in data integration/replication, troubleshooting and governance
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of metadata, data quality, and data standards compliance
• Nice to have exposure to PowerBI, SAP ECC/HANA, and cloud data services

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake data platform design and development

Snowflake Module Lead

• 6 to 8 years of experience D&A ETL Technologies. Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience withSnowflake cloud data platform administration(Snowflake DBA) is mandatory
• Strong experience in Design and development of Snowflake data platform, including data pipelines.
• Resource need to work in US time zone support coverage
• Must have experience in Snowflake (DBA 60% + Developer 40%), Python is preferrable
• Must have experience in Data integration/replication, troubleshooting, and governance
• Good to have PowerBI, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Qlik Replicate, AWS S3
• Good to have ServiceNow and enterprise support processes
• Good to have Caterpillar IT architecture, ERP Data Lake, and business process knowledge
• Good to have Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Develop data warehouse and data mart solutions for downstream users
• Strong knowledge in building ETL Pipelines with scalability and Data quality measurement
• Ability to deliver the customer requirements and business needs
• Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the company
• Creates, updates, and enhances metadata policies, processes, and catalogs.
• Good communication and interacting with stakeholders
• Ability to lead a mid-size team / work on an individual contribution role.
• Knowledge on Snaplogic (ETL Tool) is preferable
