Job Summary

• Participation in development of advanced telecom products (in communication networks)
• Participate in customer technical discussions, requirement gathering and product UAT sign-off
• Fast learning and implementation of advanced technologies for hi-tech solutions
• Responsible to resolve product deployment level issues like product downtime, new feature deployment
• Primary contributor in understanding customer pain-points, converting it to software requirements
• Participation in all aspects of software development; source code, review, change control, configuration management, issue tracking in build, testing and deployment process
• Establish and build relationship with customers and SI partners
• Work with the team and lead project implementation
• Participation in software development builds and software release repository platforms

Technical Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience of software project implementation and deployment
• Hands on experience of REST/SOAP/JSON technology integration and implementation
• Minimum 4 years of experience of server-side application delivery and deployment on Linux servers
• Good knowledge of shell scripting / Python script is a must-have
• Experience with REST/JSON, SOAP/XML technology integration
• Hands on knowledge of server-side application scalability, project-build and deployment
• Good knowledge of networking technologies, IP networks, Optical transport, GPON, Telemetry is a plus
• Good knowledge of database technologies, MySQL is a plus
• Hands on experience in design and integration of software modules
• Exposure to cloud-based deployments (AWS RDS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

• Extensive experience in live project implementation and handling customer UATs
• Excellent Communication skills, analytical skills and building customer/partner relations
• Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging and performance tuning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders

Education

BE / B.Tech preferred in CS, IT, ECE, Telecom, EE with 1st class from a reputed University.
