Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Ennore factory in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Executive to lead the chassis assembly line. You will manage production schedules, coordinate resources, and drive quality and safety across the line.

The role requires 8–10 years in manufacture, strong team leadership, and hands-on involvement in process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. You will work with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Delivery: Ensuring that the chassis assembly line operates efficientlyand meets production targets. This includes managing production schedules,process flow, and resource allocation
• Quality : Maintaining high standards of quality in the assembly processand responsible for implementing andmonitoring quality control measures, conducting audits, and addressing anyquality issues that arise.
• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of executives and assemblyline associates. This includes training andperformance evaluation
• Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvementsto improve efficiency, reduce costs, andenhance product quality. This may involve adopting new facilities, processrebalancing, or layout optimization
• Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering tohealth and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and promotinga culture of safety among executives and associates
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels of parts and materialsrequired for chassis assembly. This includes working with stores to ensuretimely delivery of vehicles and managing inventory to minimize waste and cost
