Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provision and maintain Azure IaaS and Azure PaaS (AKS Cluster), Azure Infrastructure environment
• Manage client and project issues and lead them to closure
• Responsible for supporting Altera applications over Windows Server
• Mentor team to increase their skills and promote consistency
• Work with product line to understand them better and improve services provided by team to gain client satisfaction
• Maintain KPI of Allscripts hosted applications and adhere to internal and external SLA
• Guide and mentor associates on technical challenges and work with them to identify improvement areas in infrastructure
• Drive continuous automation and improvement in SOPs
• Work with management to attain organizational goals and KPIs
• Progress to keep service upgrade as per new development technologies and create strategy proposals to migrate clients to them

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience supporting Cloud infra is required, Azure experience is an added advantage
• Certification in various technologies required in Data Center Operations will be added advantages

Experience

• Worked in supporting 24x7 Cloud support, implementation, and day to day operations
• Working knowledge of Cloud deployment of VM, Storage account, VNet, Key Vault, NSG/ASG and other Cloud resources
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Code and CI/CD pipeline
• Experience with Azure Security Center, Patch Management, Desired State, and file integrity monitoring services
• Understanding of Cloud networking, Backup and DR
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, File Server, AD, DNS, IIS, and SQL
• Health care IT experience is a plus
• Served in lead role for minimum 2 years for implementation/project team

Travel Requirements

• Able and willing to travel as required, internationally on short-term basis

Working Arrangements

• May require on-call after hours support
• May require to be on call to support problem cases outside working hours
• Work performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
