• Collaborate with Product Manager & Product Owner to understand business needs and challenges.
• Document current and target business processes and system landscape (Visio/Draw.io).
• Design requirements for data integrations to support operations and strategy.
• Analyze and document business requirements, aligning technology with outcomes.
• Identify data quality issues and gaps for remediation.
• Deliver high-quality business and technical documentation (process maps, user stories, specs).
• Lead or contribute to integration implementations and configurations.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; engage stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support testing activities including system integration, UAT, and training.

About the Role

The Senior System Analyst will play a critical role. This role is responsible for delivering technical and process solutions with a primary focus on automotive industry. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional with high accountability, technical acumen and process expertise who thrives on owning outcomes from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager & Product Owner to understand business needs, processes and challenges.
• Documentation of current and to-be business processes including high-level system landscape documentation (using visual tools such as Visio/Draw.io).
• Scoping and initial design of requirements for the development of potential data integrations to support operational and strategic processes.
• Analyse, define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business outcomes.
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and gaps across datasets for business teams to resolve.
• Deliver high-quality business and technical documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Lead or contribute to integration implementations and enhancements, ensuring system configurations support business requirements.
• Actively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support testing activities including system integration, UAT and training to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, tech, design) to integrate new capabilities and maintain data integrity.
• Partner with multi-cultural global technical teams to deliver technical solutions.

Industry Experience

• Strong experience with databases and APIs highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis business process mapping, and integration solutions
• Experience working in hybrid and waterfall delivery models
