Job summary

Benchmark IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions in Pune. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of BA experience, strong requirements elicitation, and proficiency with BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process mapping. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, SQL, APIs, and data flows is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
