Job summary

Jeevantara Club Resort in Udaipur invites a Sr. Steward to lead dining operations on site with occasional work-from-home tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Hands-on experience in food & beverage and food service operations within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to train, mentor, and guide junior staff in service procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in food and beverage service.
• Previous experience in a steward or supervisory service role preferred; resort or club experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on operational needs.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English or Hindi communication; additional local language skills are beneficial.
