Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - AP to lead the Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems. You will drive process excellence, ensure on-time processing, and maintain high quality while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, AP certifications, and experience handling vendor master data, invoicing, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance related field required.
• Accounts Payable experience with ERP environments.
• Strong attention to detail with KPI/ SLA mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems and processes.
• Manage document management, invoice processing, and vendor maintenance.
• Handle EDI and non-EDI trade payments and intercompany settlements.
• Ensure timely, accurate outputs and metrics per KPIs/SLAs.
• Participate in governance calls with internal/external stakeholders.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
