Job summary

Genpact is hiring for a Senior BI, Reporting and Data Visualization specialist in India. The role involves executing complex reporting, preparing dashboards and executive presentations, and driving automated, standardized reporting across finance and operations.

You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and coach junior analysts. Expect collaboration with FP&A, Operations and Transformation teams, and opportunities to scale AI-driven reporting initiatives within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, CS, stats or related field.
• Experience with BI reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving and data storytelling abilities.
• Experience with governance and end-to-end reporting delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex reporting tasks and documentation.
• Prepare dashboards and client presentations.
• Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.
• Drive reporting automation and standardization for KPI/scorecards.
• Coach and develop junior reporting analysts.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A and Operations on delivery timelines.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs. Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations. Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards. Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary. Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.
