Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to turn data into actionable insights. You will perform advanced data analysis, support dashboard development, and engage with stakeholders across teams.

You will mentor junior analysts while ensuring data integrity and thorough documentation. This role blends analytics, storytelling with data, and collaboration in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, CS, or statistics required.
• Experience with BI dashboards and data visualization.
• Familiarity with big data and ETL processes.
• Certification in data management or BI is a plus.
