Job description

Senior Solution Consultant – UKG Ready Implementation Team

• Engage with customers to understand business needs for UKG Ready product modules.
• Consult on best practices and assist clients or onsite personnel in designing and building solutions that meet their needs.
• Re‑configure the software solution and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Stay up to date with latest product features and functionality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally within a team on new implementation, upgrade, and change order projects.
• Define consistency practices and serve as a key point‑of‑contact for UKG customers.
• Work required shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM / 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience with global implementations.
• Extensive domain experience with HCM or WFM software such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Proven knowledge of SDLC & AGILE methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
