Job summary

Genpact Ltd. seeks a Cybersecurity Practice Leader/Security Solution Architect to own a domain, partner with sales directors, and shape solutions that can be delivered as sold. This role involves discovery, architecture, RFP ownership, estimates, SOWs, demos, and ongoing collaboration with delivery leaders.

You’ll travel up to 50% and work with a team that spans practice, offering and delivery. A strong background in solution architecture and security is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• Professional certifications in security and architecture are a plus.
• Experience leading pre-sales and architecture for cybersecurity.

Job Description

Cybersecurity Practice Leader/Security Solution Architects (SSAs) are the technical pre‑sales leads for Genpact’s Cybersecurity practice. Each SSA owns one domain, partners with the T‑shaped Cybersecurity sales directors on pursuits, and works with practice, offering and delivery leaders to shape solutions that can be delivered as sold.

Common responsibilities Discovery, solution architecture, RFP ownership, estimates and SOWs, orals and demos, reusable assets, alliance engagement, sales enablement. Travel - Up to approximately 50%. Cybersecurity sales directors and client partners (pursuits); practice and offering leaders (solutions and assets); delivery leaders (deliverability) would be primary partners.
