Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India seeks a Director of Cybersecurity who will chart the organization's information security strategy, lead a team of security professionals, and drive risk mitigation across global clients.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, implement security awareness programs, and oversee incident response and disaster recovery, collaborating with business units to embed security into every process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in CS/Cybersecurity/IS/IT.
• Certifications CEH, CISM, CISSP preferred.
• English proficiency at professional level.
