Job summary

Genpact seeks a Solution Architect to drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple client stakeholders. You will own the business process design and deliver documented To-Be solutions, bridging current processes with future state designs.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, framework-enabled design, and collaboration with product/engineering teams. You will lead demos for client stakeholders, identify gaps, and propose closure options, while maintaining executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
• Masters-level degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering is advantageous.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as AWS, CISSP, TOGAF are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders, keeping customer goals in focus.
• Own the business process design and solution for assigned projects; conduct demos for client stakeholders.
• Develop clear knowledge of current processes and produce To-Be solution documents and future processes.
• Identify gaps and present gap-closure options; discuss processes, future state and risks with customers.
• Maintain relationships with product teams, engineering teams, and client SMEs; use standard frameworks for requirements and design.

Job Description Responsibilities

Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects Conduct Demo sessions for client stakeholders Develop a clear knowledge about the customers’ current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customers side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team, engineering teams and client SME’s Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation and sign off
