Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking Security Solution Architects to lead end-to-end solution design within its Cybersecurity practice. You will partner with sales directors, practice leaders and delivery teams to shape secure, scalable solutions for pursuits.

The role requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders, architecture reviews, and ongoing mentorship for junior engineers. Travel up to 50% and hybrid work in India are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or equivalent.
• Certifications in AWS, CISSP, TOGAF and data management are preferred.
• Experience in solution architecture and security practices is required.

Security Solution Architects (SSAs) are the technical pre-sales leads for Genpact's Cybersecurity practice. Each SSA owns one domain, partners with the T-shaped Cybersecurity sales directors on pursuits, and works with practice, offering and delivery leaders to shape solutions that can be delivered as sold.

Travel - Up to approximately 50%.

Cybersecurity sales directors and client partners (pursuits); practice and offering leaders (solutions and assets); delivery leaders (deliverability) would be primary partners.
