Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Zoho Analytics in Hyderabad. You will design and architect complex Zoho solutions across multiple Zoho apps, with emphasis on Deluge scripting and API integrations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Zoho implementations. You will develop reports and dashboards, provide user guides, and train end-users as part of the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in the Zoho suite ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong Deluge scripting expertise.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customization and Development of Zoho suite solutions across CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ and other Zoho tools.
• Deluge scripting and automation to optimize business processes.
• System integration of Zoho with third-party software and internal systems via APIs and webhooks.

Role Purpose

Zoho Developer L3 will be responsible for the design and architecture of complex, scalable Zoho suite solutions that span multiple applications and systems

Core Technical Responsibilities

• Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications (CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.
• Deluge Scripting and Automation: Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance functionality.
• System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and other web services.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Deep expertise in the entire Zoho suite ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Deluge scripting is essential.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Certifications:

Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer) is preferred.
