Heptarc in Hyderabad seeks a senior Pega expert with 9+ years of experience in CDH and decisioning to design and optimize marketing solutions. The candidate will work across LDA, data flows, and campaign strategies to deliver robust customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of NBA designer configurations, 8.x marketing components, and AI-related concepts, enabling effective segmentation and inbound/outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• LDA with min 4 years in CDH.
• Pega Decisioning expertise with 5+ years.
• Knowledge of 8.x Decisioning components.
• Knowledge of 8.x marketing components.
• Experience with NBA designer configurations.
• Familiarity with OOTB autogenerated rules.
• Awareness of customization points on 8.x marketing framework.
• Expertise on CDH concepts: strategies, data flows, campaigns.
• Ability to visualize marketing problems.
• Comfort with AI model concepts, IH Summary, reports, segmentation.
• Aware of inbound and outbound processes in NBA designer.
• Familiar with Nodes, DDS and admin studio usage.

• Must have knowledge of 8.x Decisioning components
• Must have knowledge of 8.x marketing components .
• Must be confident working on NBA designer configurations
• Should have some knowledge about the OOTB autogenerated rules.
• Should be aware of the customization points on 8.x marketing framework.
• Must have expertise on basic CDH basic concepts like strategies, data flows, campaigns etc..
• Should be able to visualise/conceptualize any marketing problem statement
• Should be very comfortable with concepts like AI model, IH Summary, Reports generated, Segmentation etc..
• Should be aware of how inbound and outbound process run in NBA designer.
• Must be comfortable with Nodes, DDS and other admin studio settings/usage
