Mybluehostin is seeking a Lead PEGA Architect to lead and deliver complex PEGA projects, including BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning implementations. You will design scalable PEGA solutions using best practices for reusability and maintainability.

The role requires 8+ years of PEGA development experience, with 5+ years in design/architect roles, deep expertise in PRPC and Decisioning/CDH, and strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PEGA application development.
• 5+ years of experience as a PEGA Design, Architect, Development (PEGA Core PRPC & Decisioning/CDH).
• Experience with Pega PRPC, CDH implementations on cloud.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
• Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Partner with solution architect(s) and the PEGA COE to deliver to architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards.

• Lead and deliver complex PEGA projects, including Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management, and Decisioning implementations.
• Design and architect scalable PEGA solutions using best practices for reusability and maintainability.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into effective PEGA solutions, and provide thought leadership to clients.
• Experience with Pega PRPC, CDH implementations on cloud.
• NBA/decisioning application expert with strong experience defining decision architecture, solutions & designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
• Experience in data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.
• Experience of executing at least one end to end Pega CDH engagement in the capacity of Lead Decision Architect.
• Experience in Implementation of a unified Decisioning framework to handle both real time and batch capabilities to present the Next-Best-Offer to customer on the active channels.
• Defines and drives the implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.
• Owns and optimizes the decision framework.
• Ability to guide customer requirements to match Pega platform features.
• Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Partner with solution architect(s) and the PEGA COE to deliver to architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards.
• Strong analysis and design skills on development for products and services that include front-end and back-end integration.
• 8+ years of experience in PEGA application development.
• 5+ years of experience as a PEGA Design, Architect, Development (with PEGA Core PRPC & Decisioning/CDH) with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with reporting and database interaction optimization.
• Familiarity with security vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale PEGA applications.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
