Job summary
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow integrations and applications. This role requires deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and strong JavaScript/Web tech skills.
You will own architectural decisions, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Gurugram, contributing to scalable healthcare platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Certifications such as CSA and CAD.
- Experience with REST, SOAP integrations and UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular.

- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Senior Software Engineer II who is accountable for developing, supporting and managing the system.
- Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle

- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), JavaScript, Web Technologies (Angular/React), and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality, efficient technical solutions. Requires certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Create and configure custom apps, workflows, and UI components (using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular).
- Own architectural decisions, develop technical design specifications, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Optimize performance through script tuning, update set management, and troubleshooting.
- Implement automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ensure high-quality, secure code.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and mentor junior developers.
- Required Knowledge of UI –html, CSS, Java Script, ServiceNow Admin and ServiceNow development, Implementation specialist
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills
