JOB RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead with 8-13 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Full stack demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
