Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Sr. Engineer – EDI Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for complex customer implementations on the OpenText platform and provide L2 business support for ongoing stability with trading partners.

You will design EDI mappings, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers while driving improvements across multiple concurrent projects in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in EDI implementation, integration, or B2B support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT) and platforms such as OpenText, SEEBURGER, or similar.
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving escalated technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding for complex, high-priority, and strategic customer accounts.
• Design and configure advanced EDI mapping and integration solutions on OpenText.
• Provide L2 support for production EDI issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on integration tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers on onboarding best practices and platform capabilities.

Role Summary

The Sr. Engineer will lead onboarding for complex and strategic customer implementations on the OpenText platform, while also providing L2 business support to ensure ongoing operational stability for existing trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding for complex, high-priority, and strategic customer accounts
• Design and configure advanced EDI mapping and integration solutions on OpenText
• Good working understanding on punchout functionality.
• Understanding on eProcurement B2B business.
• Serve as L2 support escalation point for production EDI issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation scope
• Mentor junior engineers on onboarding best practices and platform capabilities
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on integration and connectivity issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in EDI implementation, integration, or B2B support roles
• Strong hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT) and platforms such as OpenText, SEEBURGER, or similar
