YASH Technologies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - .Net in Bangalore to work on .NET application development, BI analytics, and system administration.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering robust IT solutions for an Eastern Europe-focused application landscape. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on .NET development experience, strong English communication, and experience with MSSQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 4-year accredited university/college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of experience as an IT Developer.
• 4 years of experience in supporting a main application or leasing system.
• Advanced .NET programming skills.
• Experience in administration of SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics tools (Power BI).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve system incidents on a key application used in multiple regions.
• Develop applications (.NET) and implement Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Develop and configure BI and analytics tools (Power BI).
• Coordinate with vendors to adjust requirements for business needs.
• Create and execute unit test plans and support testing efforts.
• Analyze and resolve code defects and administer the system.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex application projects. You will develop your professional network and leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable Client success. Furthermore, you will contribute real value by acting as an IT Developer on in-house and purchased IT applications to solve business problems.

This position reports to an IT Manager and is part of an IT team located in PSN - Bangalore.

• Resolution of system incidents on a key application used in several Eastern Europe Area (EEA) countries
• Application development (.NET), implementation of Epics, Futures and User Stories (business requirements)
• Develop, configure Business Intelligences and Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Coordination and collaboration with system vendor to adjust requirements for business needs
• Create and execute unit test plans
• Support system and integration test efforts
• Analyze and resolve code defects
• Administration of the system
• Ability to collaborate with Designers, Architects, and testers to optimize the quality of integrated solutions
• Interface with other IT areas and business customer
• Handles projects or work with defined scope in own discipline and typically has a short-term focus
• Works with guidance on small-scale team/unit projects
• Solves problems in own specialty areas
• Makes worthwhile improvements to existing programs, and procedures
• Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area
