Job summary

Tilda Research Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Backend Software Engineer with strong Go and Python experience to scale our AI-driven data services. You will build scalable back-end services and APIs to power our product ecosystem.

You’ll design containerized microservices with Kubernetes in a cloud-native GCP environment, optimize Neo4j queries, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops. 5+ years in backend is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience at a product-based company.
• 3+ years of Go and Python experience.
• Experience with AI tools Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Experience with databases as a programmer (Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL).
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT/NIT or equivalent top-tier institute.
• Cloud-native environments and containerized microservices (Kubernetes, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python.

What You’ll Do

• A passion for building scalable AI agents
• Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python
• Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
• Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
• Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows in acloud-native (GCP)environment

Required Experience:

• _ 5+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company _
• _ Experience with AI tools i.e. Claude, ChatGpt or Gemini _
• 3+ years of experience with Go and Python
• Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
• Solid problem Solving/Programming skills
• Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.
