Job summary

CloudNuro is seeking a hands-on Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to join the engineering team in Bengaluru. You will design, build, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go, with a focus on PostgreSQL databases and high performance.

Ideal candidates are problem solvers who can translate complex requirements into practical solutions and are comfortable using AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualifications are also welcome.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good hands‑on experience with Go (Golang).
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, SQL queries, indexing, optimization, and transactions.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Understanding of scalable and distributed backend systems.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or similar tools effectively during software development.

We are looking for engineers who use AI to become more productive—not engineers who blindly copy AI‑generated code.

Experience in AI is not mandatory, but exposure to the following will be an advantage:
