Job summary

Lauren Information Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sr. SME Network & Linux to manage enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and complex network infrastructure in Mumbai.

You will configure routing, switching, BGP/OSPF/MPLS, VPNs, and firewalls, while enforcing CIS/STIG hardening and vulnerability remediation. The role involves developing Ansible playbooks and shell scripts for automation, supporting Kubernetes/OpenShift from a Linux/network viewpoint, and leading L3 escalations with cross-team

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in Linux and Network administration.
• Experience with enterprise Linux (RHEL) and data center networking.
• Experience with F5/A10 load balancers and SD-WAN.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift support from Linux and networking perspective.
• Security hardening per CIS/STIG and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and network infrastructure.

• Implement OS hardening and CIS/STIG compliance.

Position : Sr. SME Network & Linux

Years of Experience : Relevant 8 years

Location : Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN & Data Center).
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, firewalls and network connectivity.
• Implement OS hardening, CIS/STIG compliance, security policies and vulnerability remediation.
• Perform Linux kernel tuning and network performance optimization.
• Manage AD/LDAP/Kerberos integration and access management.
• Implement and manage high availability, clustering, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop Ansible playbooks and shell scripts for infrastructure automation.
• Manage Linux OS patching, upgrades, Red Hat Satellite and YUM repositories.
• Configure and manage F5/A10 Load Balancers, SD-WAN and enterprise wireless infrastructure.
• Support Kubernetes/OpenShift infrastructure from the Linux and networking perspective.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning and performance troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical escalations, hardware upgrades and site readiness.
• Lead L3 escalations, perform RCA, guide L1/L2 teams and maintain technical documentation.
