The primary purpose of a subject teacher is to provide instruction, guidance, and support to students in specific subject areas. Subject teachers are responsible for designing and delivering lessons, assessing students’ progress, providing feedback, and facilitating learning experiences that help students develop knowledge, skills, and understanding.

1. Ensure the lesson plan prepared is followed along with the mentioned resources and activities.
2. Ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
3. Use effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles, and interests of students.

Student Administration:

1. Maintain discipline according to the school's rules and disciplinary systems.
2. Promote maximum student participation and assist students in improving study habits.
3. Monitor basic hygiene and health matters diligently for each child.
4. Create an effective learning environment through displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.
5. Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and provide feedback.

Secondary Responsibilities: Administration / School Policies:

1. Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
2. Adhere to all school policies and actively implement them.
3. Perform any similar work not specified in this job description at the coordinator's request.
4. Conduct quarterly stock checks of teaching aids with the coordinator.
5. Participate in professional development through courses, seminars, conferences, and events.
6. Attend all meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.
7. Collaborate with resource persons and others as needed.
