Job summary

YO IT Consulting in Chennai seeks a senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization approaches.

The role focuses on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), plus building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and delivering robust reports and dashboards. You will join an agile team and guide governance for Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Salesforce development and admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth and SSO.
• Experience implementing Salesforce environments from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization approaches.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business insights and operational requirements.
• Manage Salesforce administration activities including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security controls.
• Participate in Salesforce implementation projects, including setting up new Salesforce instances from scratch.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
