Job summary

Simpliigence in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment across sales, marketing and service functions.

You will design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity while adopting best practices. Hybrid work setup preferred, with focus on performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Administration/Development) required.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, customizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to meet business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration: o Manage user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions. Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. Perform regular data management tasks including data import, export, deduplication, and cleaning. Ensure platform stability and performance with regular system maintenance.
• Salesforce Development: Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and AURA), and SOQL. o Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems. Automate processes with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code. Optimize Salesforce instance through custom development for better performance and scalability.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to enhance Salesforce capabilities. Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.
• System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data quality. Implement third-party apps from AppExchange as required. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and ensure smooth implementation of new features.
• Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights to business leaders. Perform data analysis to support business decisions and track performance metrics.
• Salesforce Best Practices: Ensure Salesforce data integrity and security by adhering to Salesforce best practices. Provide guidance on CRM best practices and support continuous process improvement.
