Job summary

CRM Landing Software is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications, mentor junior developers, and drive best development practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Apex programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Platform Events, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Named Credentials.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD deployment tools.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical design discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex business requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Optimize application performance and maintain system security.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies.
