VM Modular Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive – Interiors to drive sales and manage client relationships in Hyderabad. The role involves converting interior design opportunities into successful projects and coordinating with design, production, and other teams.

You will lead end-to-end sales activities, including quotations, site visits, and negotiations, with a focus on premium interior solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Interior/Modular Kitchen/Home Interiors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, references, and digital channels.
• Understand requirements and recommend modular/interior solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to provide solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with design concepts.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

About the Role

VM Modular Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive – Interiors to drive sales, manage client relationships, and convert interior design opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, references, digital channels, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular/interior solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design concepts in coordination with the design team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.
• Follow up consistently on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with Design, Project, Production, and other internal teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in Interior / Modular Kitchen / Home Interiors.
• Strong knowledge of interior products, materials, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong business and customer focus.
• Ability to independently manage leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
