Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in Greater Noida seeks a Senior Research Associate- IPR to strengthen literature support, patent filing, and portfolio maintenance, ensuring up-to-date IP intelligence and freedom-to-operate activities.

The role requires a Master’s in chemistry-related fields with 3-5 years of patent searching/synthesis experience and an essential patent agent qualification. Opportunity to contribute to a leading Life Science ingredients business.

• Patent agent is essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Literature and prior art search
• Searching various databases for patent and non-patent literature
• Molecule and synthetic route search
• Translation from paid and free sources.
• Drafting and filing of patents
• Patent prior art search
• Invalidation searches
• Freedom to operate analysis
• Monthly update of IP gazette and compiling relevant information
• Periodic update on patent regulation changes in India, US and Europe
