Summary

The Research Associate will be responsible for providing literature support, patent filing, and maintenance of portfolio, latest IP update and Freedom to operate activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Literature and prior art search
   • Searching various databases for patent and non-patent literature
   • Molecule and synthetic route search
   • Translation from paid and free sources.
2. Patent
   • Drafting and filing of patents
   • Patent prior art search
   • Invalidation searches
   • Freedom to operate analysis
3. Other activities:
   • Monthly update of IP gazette and compiling relevant information
   • Periodic update on patent regulation changes in India, US and Europe
   • ELN Audit
