Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is seeking an Associate Director – Innovation Acceleration to lead the Corporate Innovation Acceleration Cell and drive a structured innovation engine across R&D, Pilot, Design and Manufacturing.

The role focuses on reducing time-to-commercialization, accelerating technology adoption, and delivering strategic themes like flow chemistry and continuous manufacturing within the Greater Noida operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• B. Tech/ M. Tech – Chemical Engineering.

Experience

• 15–20 years’ experience in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
• Strong experience in technology evaluation, R&D, or process engineering.
• Experience with licensors, EPCs, and pilot plants is desirable.
